- IDS’s service department reacts within one day and answers technical questions or reacts to technical problems.
- Repair work is generally completed within two business days. Machines are diagnosed within four hours via remote diagnostics and parts are pulled from stock or ordered if necessary.
- WOODWARD IDS specializes in providing service to overseas customers in America, Africa, Asia and Australia.
- We stock long term components for all of our systems.
- "On duty service" 7/24 is available for an additional fee.

All WOODWARD IDS converter-systems are equipped with a remote diagnostics option so that we are able to observe and check the state of the converter-systems. With this information, the service department is able to react in time. | 
Remote Diagnostic Center in Zurich | | All systems that are reachable by remote diagnosis are checked at least once a week. This data is analyzed and gives an indication about the condition of the respective system. This ensures a minimum of downtime and makes an important contribution to investment protection of entire systems. |
